Refund policy

At EVOC Clothing, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our streetwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with an easy return and refund process.

Please read our policy carefully below before initiating a request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
All original tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Brand Responsibility)

If you received a factory-defected item, a damaged piece, or the wrong product/size due to an error on our end:

Shipping Cost: EVOC Clothing will cover 100% of the return shipping costs along with providing a full refund or free replacement.
Process: Contact our support team immediately with clear photos/videos showing the defect or issue along with your Order ID.

3. Standard Returns & Exchanges (Customer Preference)

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, sizing choice, or a change of mind:

Shipping Cost: You may send the item back using any courier service of your choice. The customer is responsible for paying the return courier/shipping fee.
Recommendation: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, as EVOC Clothing cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit during return shipping.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Inspection: Once your returned package is received at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the item.
Refund Window: After inspection approval, your refund will be processed within 7 working / business days.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (or via Direct Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash depending on your original payment mode).
